Go to a --> Dende Palace <-- , enter the teleport, and reach floor 0 by moving all the way to the right and down the stairs.



Now move to the indicated place with an arrow, near water.



Use Zanzoken on water, and move straight and diagonally, it's best to use numpad and spam it.



Water Salamandra spawn is fast, so it won't take long to drop the tail.
