We leave the eastern exit from West City and follow the road shown on the map.
After reaching the place, we look in the middle of the towers of the level goal. After going through it, go down.
After going down, we go where the mini map shows us.
There is also one next to it Brother Quest
, which is not easy because it involves killing a boss who has a large amount of hp as for small levels.
