We go to the Kame Sennin NPC located on the Earth. After reaching the destination, we start a conversation: Hi -> quest.
Kame Sennin will ask us to provide the following items: 25 , 5 , .

After doing this, we come back to Kame Sennin and we collect our reward.

To be able to create a Magic Wall we need to have the "Magic Wall Quest" completed. Then we need to buy the "Blank Rune" then use the new spell "Magic Wall" after which the will appear in our backpack.
