There are two ways to Optium Ball
Black Way - West City
Turquoise Way - Capsule
When we reach a rock similar to a volcano, we first go to the top of it, and then try to enter below. After passing through the lvl gate, go down one level and pass Black Band Quest we go down through the hole, which is shown in the picture:

I would like to point out that 225lvl is not enough to enter bravely and not worry about monsters. A large amount jumps out there Hyper Annihilator and even 300 levels would have a problem with the quest. After defeating the waves of monsters, we can collect the prize:
